A Little ABSTRACT Art at CASology

There's always something interesting at CASology...and this week we're hoping

you join us in the fun. Our new cue card is : ABSTRACT.

I used some alcohol ink through a floral stencil. I used glossy cardstock (couldn't find my Yupo lol) from Ranger, but I love how bright these colors are! I used Cranberry, Raspberry, and Purple Twilight. The centers are dotted with black Nuvo and Magenta Stickles. I freehand drew the black outline and scribbles to give it a more abstract feel.

Create It Wednesday ~ Let's Snow at Precious Remembrance Shop

I’m back for my last Create It Wednesday post where I’m showcasing the awesome {Oh Christmas} Stamp Set. I couldn’t let the release pass without throwing in some snowflakes!

This sentiment from the stamp set is amazing and was the inspiration for my projects. The tag was actually a happy accident lol. I had a blast playing with Yupo paper, alcohol inks, blending solution, and a snowflake stencil. And I'm totally in love with these snowflake dies from Simon Says Stamp!
